Well I need to apologize for not posting anything on my blog for a long time. Around the holidays things are so busy and there is just not enough time to get on the computer and blog. I have not even turned the computer on for a couple of months. Our family had a great holiday season and we hope you had one as well. We did some fun family activities and some not so fun activities. We went sledding, saw Christmas lights, played games, and then the not so fun thing, helped my sister move to Cedar City. It is the first of my family to move out of Cache Valley. I cried for a few days and then laughed for a few days. It was hard for my kids since they have been so close to Cami and Ryan. Tyker calls uncle ryan his COACH!! Ryan was always so good to put on his jersey and pretend he was Tyker's coach. We are so happy for them to finally be done with school and for ryan's new job but we miss them really bad to. They are really liking Cedar City and have a darling house down there. My aunt Nancy and I made the trip down with them to help them unload boxes and get settled in. My kids can't wait to go down and see there house and to have a little warmer temps than have been in Logan lately. We may go down on Feb 14 because Takesha is playing in a soccer tournament to we could watch her and visit Cami at the same time!!
Taydem is playing basketball and has a very good coach who has taught him allot about the game. He is enjoying playing even though he is the youngest one on the team. He can throw that ball up there and has scored a couple of points each game!! Texie is still dancing and she continues to amaze me how flexible and talented she is at dance. She has a few competitions coming up in the next couple of months she will be doing and we look forward to watching her shake her booty!! Then there is Tyker... that kid amazes me each day. He is so full of energy and is always wanting someone to play hoops with him. We attended the Aggie game last week and went to get some ice cream at Cold Stone. We were walking out the door and we turned around and Tyker had fallen and cut his upper lip wide open. We ended up in the E.R that night getting stitches in his lip. He was pretty good through the whole thing and now has them out and is healing right up. Well there is the run down of some of the things that are going on with our family. Again I apologize for not doing better at keeping the blog updated.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!!!
Well Christmas is in 15 days and we have only had a little bit of snow, but with the snow we have received the kids were able to build a little snowman and do a little bit of shoveling. They were so excited to put their boots on and go out. Taydem and Tyker shoveled off the basketball court and helped build the snowman. We are suppose to get more snow this weekend so hopefully we will have a white Christmas!

Thanksgiving Weekend!!
Wow we had such a great weekend spending time with family and friends. We had Thanksgiving dinner at my sister Misty's. It was such a great time and Jason's family was all their too. They are great people and fun to be around. The kids had a great time playing football and basketball outside. Then on Friday Misty and I hit the sales at 4:45 a.m. I am sure it was not as early as some of you crazy bats went but there was not to many things that I couldn't live without this year and we got what we went for and that is all that matters!! Then we my aunt Nancy came up and all the gals went to the Novemberfest. We have been going to that for my whole entire life since my aunt Nina runs the show there. Then we all went out to eat at Fredrico's then back home to our house for some good old games of "NUTS" and Dominoes. Our family has not played the card game "NUTS" for a long time but is a family tradition card game. On Saturday Texie did her first dance performance for this year she did such an amazing job and is such a great dancer. We love going to watch her and hopes she keeps it up!! There is a wrap up of the weekend. I love this time of year and look forward to many more card and domino games and spending time with family and friends!!
